CHILDREN'S FITNESS

Children will improve their cardiovascular system, strength, coordination, agility and flexiblity with our specially designed relays, obstacle courses, core classes, and speed and flexibility drills.  We further enhance their overall fitness with such fun organized games as:  Dodge Ball, Sharks & Minnows, Crab Soccer, Capture the Flag, and Minnow Dodge and more!
